Burned Out Family Program

Primary Responsibilities: Rotate pager and burn out binder monthly. Communicate with fire department personnel and ECD. Contact burned out family. Log details and action taken for each burn out. Present burn out cases at our monthly meeting. Make sure inventory of Food-4-Less, Wal-Mart, and Thrift Shop vouchers are replenished.
Adopt-A-Family @ Christmas

Fill the Boot

Golf Tournament

Primary Responsibilities: Create and distribute flyers for event to fire stations, ECD, and administrative offices. Secure golf course, sell tickets, and track golf foursomes. Purchase food and beverages. Coordinate delivery of food, beverages, utensils, condiments, etc. Solicit donations for raffle prizes. Organize people to help set up, cook, sell raffle tickets, check golfers in, be a runner/gopher, clean up. Mail thank you correspondence to all donors.

Primary Responsibilities: Coordinate details for each feed with Louie Mazza. Staff the event. Wash and pass on aprons to next chairperson. Update staff on procedures for evening, delegate table assignments, collect and count all monies received and hand over to Treasurer.
